a) Director Of Ceremonies : Wor. Bro. Suresh Mehra, an illustrious Mason, a ritualist for whom perfection is a way of life is the much revered and respected DOC of the Lodge. Wor. Bro. Mehra was awarded by the R W RGM, R W Bro. Govindlal Sahu in the RGL WI meeting at Nagpur for his achievements in Freemasonry. Wor. Bro. Mehra is engaged in a business of Computer stationary. He was part of the Western Region team which won the first prize in ritual working competition at Varanasi, having performed as the DOC. He was awarded the R.W. Regional Grand Master´s plaque for the year 2007. W. Bro. Suresh Mehra is also the Active Sr. Warden of The Regional Grand Lodge of W.I.

b) Secretary : W. Bro. Rajiv Sethi, the marketing head of a leading Textile Co., is not only a keen ritualist but a firm believer in the principles of Freemasonry. It was during his stewardship that Lodge Fellowship set up the world’s first Computerized Braille Lab which brought Lodge Fellowship in the limelight not only in India but abroad with widely reported coverage by Indian and Foreign Print and Electronic media. He was instrumental in starting the Degrees of Mark and R.A.M. at Ahmedabad and has been awarded various awards by the Region. Having been on the Regional Board of General Purposes consecutively for two years he willingly accepted the mammoth task of the Secretary of Lodge Fellowship. W. Bro. Rajiv Sethi continues to be the Active Director of Ceremonies of Regional Grand Lodge of W.I. for the 2nd consecutive year and is presently on the Regional Grand Board of General Purposes. He is also the Active Asst. Grand DOC of The Grand Lodge of India. W. Bro. Rajiv Sethi was declared "Outstanding Freemason of the year 2009" by R.W. The R.G.M. of W.I. and he has also completed the Certificate course in Masonic Education.

c) Treasurer : Bro. Vinodbhai Shah is the Treasurer of the Lodge. Having been Thrice awarded as the "Best Treasurer" by the RGL of WI, Bro. Vinodbhai Shah manages the Lodge finances astutely and is ever willing to ensure a good contribution towards any worthy cause of charity. Inspite of his busy profession as a builder he has ensured that the Regional and Grand returns are always submitted well before time.
